Simplicia Cabinet, C 1900.

A Simplicia Mahogany cabinet with 10 shallow drawers and a higher drawer behind the doors. The 10 shallow drawers are still mostly filled with Simplicia. Some drawers contain 56 compartments each, the other 5 contain 60 compartments each. Of the total 580 compartments, only 19 are empty. Good frontispiece although first page has a small missing piece from frequent thumbing. 24 hand coloured plates to include continents, countries of Europe, world map, armillary sphere and planetary motion.
